We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you:
- Submit an inquiry or sample request through our contact and inquiry forms (name, email address, phone number if provided, company name, and the content of your message or request);
- Create an account on this site (name, email address, and any billing or shipping details you choose to add);
- Place an order (billing and shipping address, order details, and contact information needed to fulfil the order);
- Contact us directly by email.
We also automatically collect some technical information when you visit the site, such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, through standard website functionality (for example, to keep your cart working and to protect the site from abuse).
Legal basis for processing
We process your information to perform a contract with you (for example, fulfilling an order or a sample request); based on your consent (for example, optional analytics or advertising cookies, once introduced); to comply with our legal obligations; or based on our legitimate interest in operating and securing this website, provided this does not override your rights.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and sample or quote requests;
- Process and fulfil orders, including communicating with you about shipping and delivery;
- Maintain your account, if you create one;
- Keep the website secure and functioning correctly;
- Communicate with you about your requests or orders.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising or marketing without your consent.
Who we share information with
We share information only where necessary to operate the business or provide the service you requested. This may include:
Shipping and logistics. Where a shipping method or logistics provider is selected by you, or arranged by us on your behalf, we share the information needed to deliver samples or orders (such as name, address, and contact details) with that logistics provider. We work with different logistics partners depending on destination and order, so the specific provider used for your shipment may vary.
Payment. At present, payment terms and methods are agreed individually with each customer (for example, by bank transfer) before an order is confirmed; we do not process card payments on this website ourselves. If we add online payment processing in the future (for example, through providers such as PayPal or Stripe), your payment details will be entered directly with that payment provider and handled under its own privacy and security terms — we do not see or store full card numbers.
Website hosting and security. With our hosting provider and website security and backup services, who process data on our behalf to keep the site running, secure, and backed up.
Analytics and site improvement. We may use analytics services, such as Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are viewed and how long visitors stay) so that we can improve it. These services may set their own cookies and process technical data such as your IP address and browser information, under their own privacy policies.
Advertising. We do not currently run advertising or retargeting campaigns. If we do so in the future (for example, through Google Ads or social media advertising, including Instagram/Meta), those services may use cookies to show relevant ads based on your visit to our site. Any such use will be reflected in an updated version of this policy, and where required by law we will ask for your consent first.
Legal requirements. Where required by law, regulation, or a valid legal request.
We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
International transfers
The company operating this website is registered and based in the People’s Republic of China, and this is the country whose law governs how we handle your information (see “Governing law” below). Because we work with customers around the world, information you provide may be technically processed or stored on servers operated by our hosting and service providers, which may be located outside China. Regardless of where our service providers’ servers are physically located, your information remains subject to the practices described in this policy and to the governing law stated below. By using this website and submitting your information, you acknowledge and accept this.
How long we keep your information
We keep inquiry and order information for as long as needed to respond to your request, fulfil an order, or meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information;
- Ask us to delete your personal information;
- Object to or restrict certain uses of your information.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at . We will consider and respond to your request regardless of where you are located. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for advertising purposes, so there is nothing to “opt out” of in that regard.
Governing law
This company is registered and operates in the People’s Republic of China. By using this website, submitting an inquiry, creating an account, or placing an order, you accept that this policy, and any dispute or claim arising out of it or out of our handling of your information, is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles, and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the People’s Court of Shijingshan District, Beijing, China. This applies regardless of your own location and is not negotiable on a case-by-case basis. We follow generally accepted international business practice in how we treat customer data, but we do not submit to the courts, regulators, or legal procedures of other countries.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for business use by brands, wholesalers, and manufacturers, and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
How we protect your information
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including a secure (HTTPS) connection, a website firewall and security monitoring, and regular backups. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps appropriate to the size of our business to protect your data.
Cookies
This site uses cookies and similar technologies in a few categories:
- Necessary cookies — required for the site to function, for example to keep items in your shopping cart, keep you logged in to your account, and help protect the site from spam and malicious activity. These are always active.
- Analytics cookies — if we use a service such as Google Analytics, these help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. These may not be active yet, but this policy covers them so it stays accurate as we add tools.
- Advertising cookies — not currently used; would only be added if we run advertising or retargeting campaigns in the future, as described above.
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time; blocking necessary cookies may affect how parts of the site work (for example, the shopping cart).
Third-party services we may use
To avoid having to rewrite this policy every time we add a new tool, this section lists the categories of third-party services we may use to run and improve this website and business. Not all of them are in use today — where a category isn’t yet active, no data is shared with it until it is:
- Website hosting, security, and backup services (currently in use)
- Contact/inquiry form processing (currently in use)
- Shipping and logistics providers, selected per order (currently in use)
- Payment processors, such as PayPal or Stripe, for online payment (not yet in use — payment is currently agreed directly with each customer)
- Web analytics, such as Google Analytics (not yet in use)
- Advertising and social media platforms, such as Google Ads or Meta/Instagram (not yet in use)
- Email marketing or newsletter tools (not yet in use)
When we start actively using a new service in one of these categories, we will update the “Last updated” date on this page and, where required by law, ask for your consent first (for example, for analytics or advertising cookies).

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it was last revised.
